Hello! I'm Deborah.

I look forward to connecting with you.

I love being a therapist. I came to it later in life. When I look back, it seems everything I did in my "past lives" was leading to this. (My background includes professional theatre, writing, art, and teaching yoga as well as practicing psychotherapy.

If you are going through a life transition (which is always when you come to think about it) it’s not uncommon to look back and reflect on the many roles you played that don’t fit anymore and look forward to a life that hasn’t taken form yet. This can be scary and anxiety-producing.I am passionate about helping people understand themselves better.

Therapy can help you discover unrealized strengths and live more deeply and richly as you move forward in your life.

I get truly excited when I see a client really “getting it” that they already have everything they need to be their best self inside!

You’ll gain new insights about yourself, your desires, and about how to act and navigate whatever life brings in a way you feel good about.
